Order Status
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing from your order, login to your account at My Account / Order Status to ensure that all items are marked "shipped". If your account reads shipped, contact us immediatly at 1-734-402-2220 within 48 hours of receipt of item(s), in order for a claim to be generated.
Has my order shipped?
  To check on the current status of your order, please login to your account at My Account / Order Status.
How do I cancel my order/item?
  To cancel an order or item from an order, please login to the My Account / Order Status page. You may view and change any orders that have not yet been processed. Any order that has shipped or is in the final shipping stage can not be cancled.
How do I track my order?
  To track an order, please login to your account at My Account / Order Status.  From there click on the Track My Orders link.
My order never arrived.
  If your order has not arrived, please login to your account to check the current status and make sure your order was shipped. You may login to your account at My Account / Order Status.

If your order has shipped and you still have not received it, try tracking your package to determine its location. If you are still unable to determine your orders whereabouts, you may contact us by email at sales@netdeals4u.com or by phone at 1-734-402-2220.
My product is missing parts.
 
When will my backorder arrive?
  Back-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
